Autumn Contracting, Inc is a premier contracting company that specializes in Roofing, Waterproofing, Siding and Sheet metal for institutional, commercial and municipal clients since 2002. We believe in providing quality construction services to our clients; for our mission is to build a company dedicated to constructing quality service in the most effective, professional manner possible.

Our experiences with roofing, siding, sheet metal and waterproofing, along with ancillary scope, have taken us to work very closely with the customers to fully understand the specific needs of our customers. We have the experience and expertise to utilize this understanding to provide the construction services from inception to completion. Whether the project is design build or pre-designed, working with engineers, architects, other contractors and the customers is our greatest asset. Communication line is established early on in the project and adhered to to maximize the efficiency and to eliminate misunderstandings.

Many of our past projects have been performed on facilities that are occupied during the construction; therefore, to minimize the inconveniences of the occupants, the scheduling and logistics are reviewed by the customer and our selves very closely prior to commencement of any projects.

Technical experience and understanding of any project is crucial. With the helm of ACI being led by construction experienced with background in engineering, theoretical aspects of construction is applied more readily into practical side of the construction. We have the experience and know how to communicate the intent of set of plans and specifications to applications of such.

The core group of the ACI has been with the company since the inception. Furthermore, continue education in the trade is highly encouraged and supported. This has enabled us to provide consistently high quality service with upgraded knowledge by our employees.
