SCOPE OF PROJECT: Construct New Warehouses and Office Spaces

• Replace damaged: roof rafters, floor joist & structural CMU block walls
• Construct new warehouses & offices including; all new underground utilities, HVAC systems, drywall partitions, energy efficient lighting, ADA compliant restrooms, conference centers and kitchenettes
• Install new loading docks with electronic overhead doors
• Install energy efficient windows throughout the buildings
• Construct new entrances with handicap accessible ramps
